Treaty is there to ensure that they don't mistake a test from us as a nuclear attack.

As soon as a Pakistani launch is detected their SOP for a response would be active which may include responding with a nuke of their own.

Then we shouldn't be worried about a very typical Indian behavior.

hmm but still i know that indian govt should have kept it down but is it that bad that it was revealed and i agree with this theory everybody was looking at pakistan,s response and this missile test automatically was thought to be one when its quite difficult to do it since tests are planned moths ahead and unless you have inside info its going to be hard to make dates
