Yea so whoever was tryna bring politics into it and say it was trying to "divert" is wrong. This was in response and Pakistan has done this before.

Nothing will change in Afghanistan without a war & therefore we'll be stuck with a proud but poor neighbor for foreseeable future. If we try to educate their youth, the young people will question the power-structure & we'll be blamed for interference. Its too complicated & we can only slowly influence Afghans.

We must annex Wakhan Corridor because of this. Afghanistan won’t provide us a stable route to Central Asia anytime soon. We must think about our future and the future if our generations. For Gwadar to be the success everyone dreams it to be we need central Asian countries to use Gwadar. They will use Gwadar once we give them a secure route to it. Wakhan Corridor will give us that route since it will connect us to Tajikistan. Many can argue Wakhan’s terrain is very difficult but remember GB terrain was similar or worse in many areas yet we still built Karakoram Highway. All it requires us firm determination. Karakoram Highway was much harder to build then any highway through Wakhan to Tajikistan. Tajikistan has small roads connecting to Wakhans border so if we annex it we can ask Tajiks to turn those roads into a big highway.
We need to think about our future and economic future. Our future is in capturing markets of Central Asia and having influence there. Biggest hinderance is Afghanistan and only solution is Wakhan.

Taliban spokesperson clearly said that TTP is a separate group and they have nothing to do with them. That freeing from jail thing is not correct.
They did wrong by ripping the fences and not completely stopping TTP but war is not a solution we must engage diplomatically and tell them that TTP is working for foreign masters and want conflict between Pakistan and Afghanistan. The problem is that there is no visible engagement between Pakistan and Afghanistan.

MQM was de fanged well in recent Nawaz Sharif term without much of a backlash.Even though they used to instigate crowds, they couldn't get any sympathy going among the masses.Also the Sindh Rangers who did most of the kinetic ops, were largely non local so they could not be bothered much at their homes by MQM.

Like I said Taliban isn’t ONE force. It’s pretty obvious Paktia Taliban is giving them safety and security. Why are the attacks form Paktia? Why isn’t Taliban handing them over to us?

They would have to intervene obviously when we bomb their territory, they can't be seen as weak or Pakistani lackeys.The solution to this is solving the crisis of Afghan state, not mere reactionary bombing.

Not doing cross border attacks and suicide bombings isn’t a “crisis”. When Afg was stable even then they still tried to attack.

Maulvi Faqir was in Kabul Jail before Taliban took the city, he and hundreds of TTP fighters were freed, while ISKP (Islamic state) fighters were methodically re-arrested or executed.

Mate there has been constant requests and negotiations since they came into power, what are you on about?
