Because of AFSPA. The Army needs to be on the border or in the barracks - anywhere in the world if the Army is in charge of law and order in a region, it invariably leads to human rights violations. Nope, there is no insurgency in 80% of India. I know that a significant number of Kashmiris don't want to be with India. But a significant number of them do as well. If Pakistan cares for Kashmiri people and not the land, then it would straightaway give them a "right of return" or some such.

What do you mean by 150 million.Afganistan is a muslim nation they hate you,Iran is a muslim nation they hate you.
