Pakistan bans English for Islamic words!

If the Pakistani PM wants to enforce usage of all these Arabic words into Pakistan's national language Urdu, I would be the first to applaud this decision. Don't you understand? He wants to impose a foreign language 'Arabic' on Pakistanis who are majority illiterate!!!

You are barking at the wrong tree. I don't care if any PM of a country wants to put Chinese or Japanese into their language. All I am saying is that its NOT uncommon!!! Re-read my first post and if your cognitive skills are at decline, please deal with them on your own, instead of writing me these silly posts back. The point was, every elected government, with people behind it, supporting a change, has the right to do so. Simple is that. If you don't like it, I suggest you go to your Supreme Court and get this resolved there as its pretty obvious you are offended so take it up at the right level and get justice.

By the way, Urdu language already has a lot of influence from Arabic, Persian and Hindi. Check it out on Wiki.

You gotta be kidding dude, why would we ban English, its just for Islamic studies, where instead of prayer they would use the word "Salat", instead of mosque it would be masjid, etc, just for religious education, plz check before u start typing
Then there's no need for such activity to ban English words dude if anyone has problem with English words they can use it why to enforce such activities on other. It's just don't make sense bro.

So what's so funny or shameful about it?

@Ajit Kumar These are Urdu words. If you can prove other wise then please inform me when you do so.
Urdu itself contains Arabic, Persian, Turkic and Hindi words. The key word is origin. Many English words have their origin in Latin and many Hindi words have theirs in Sinsikrat, so what's your god damn point other than trolling?

Listen to Urdu or Hindi in news, films and dramas: it is already 50% English. Cant't they speak Urdu only or English only ! Why create a mixture. I like to eat my Biryani in separate plate from Gulab Jamin. But in India and Pakistan they mix it together in same plate and eat !!

Sanskrit is a sub-continental language. So is Hindi. And we are not English people or Arabs and that is funny. Other people change their religion only. We subcontinental people change religion as well as culture as well as language as well as name. And that is called Identity Crisis. :omghaha:
Eating dhal, dahi bhallay, pullao , byriani. Wearing shalwar kameez speaking Urdu. I wonder who changed his culture? I suggest visit Pakistan and see for yourself instead of visiting dawn blogs which Indian bums like you like to read and quote. Now piss off.

Wow!! Pakistan got its priority.Continue to eat more and more islam until loose motion.:D:D

What next, change country name to AlBakistan .

Well done Another achievement by molvies .. now they can nail a few people on blasphemy charges .. enroute to stone ages

May be we can also blame the Kangrez who have mixed English words in Urdu. They neither can speak pure Urdu nor pure English. They use English words when speaking Urdu while Urdu words when speaking English. people targeting specifically Maulvis are actually have ulterior motives.

. . . . .
you sure know that fact but they dont want "to know" thats the diffrence :sarcastic:
You know we have Christians here in south India whose name are like Cherian Pandyara, Dinakaran. They have just Changed their religions. Some are their who changed it to like Victor, Francis etc. But their dress code is subcontinental. But our muslim brothers, they changed their religion, dress code and culture to Arabic hundreds of years a go and they dont even know it. And they say we were slaves and they were the rulers. I am yet to find a muslim(not recent converts) with Indian Origin name. :omghaha:  :omghaha:
