T 80 UD are not getting replaced. They are working fine and upgraded recently
if they have same reverse speed like t90 of Russia or same loader issue then its better to retire them. Sometimes hard decisions are the best. If you are to ans to Pakistan defense knows better then me than remember that Russians thought there weapons are great until Ukraine war came.

T80s have a 10Km/h reverse speed (the Russian ones). I’m not sure if the Ukrainian ones have the same speed or higher due to a different transmission (they could have one similar to the AK). Either way, they have a better reverse speed than the T90S 4 km/h. Not sure what you mean by loader issue.
Yes but something has to be done as we operate big number of 380 T 80UD as Ukraine can't supply engines and upgrades we can't just throw them out of service they are as good as VT 4 Infact better than Al Khalid tanks
