Does anyone know if Iran has recently or ever allowed PAF to use its airspace to attend air exercise in Turkey?

no PAF route is usually UAE, RSA and then onwards

Good pics. But I have a question. In the pic, there are two Vipers but helmets are different from each other ?

Because the one in the picture from PAF is not MLU-ed yet thus it does not support any JHMCS.

This is not a must thing to participate in INDUS VIPER ! Bandits were there and one more fella from Karachi was there.

Thunders were busy elsewhere.

They are not stationed at PAF Base Mushaf yet. Next Indus Viper...i will hope to see them.

The Mirages and F-7PGs, flew in from Masroor and Samungli to participate in the exercise.
