In my opinion Pakistan is having a great opportunity to get close to Russia & they should not lose this opportunity, Pakistan needs to say good bye to US for good as they are not helping in any way, the shackle needs to broken now for good.

Pakistan, Russia & China for defence cooperation. F**K US.

For attack helis MI28 Havoc or WZ10 & etc. are the best available option for Pakistan Defence. What Pakistan needs Russia & China got them.

approval for 18 F-16C/D is available (approved by Bush admn) but are soverign funds available. we require min. USD 1.0B cash for this purchase......

Z10 has Canadian engine, in other words is also US made....Plus China still testing Z10. facing engine issue.

Guys please stop dreaming ... PA army knows their priorities and budget issues. MI35 is best deal , a battle proven and tested , plus Pakistani aviation engineers know this helo well. Specially engine. Delivery of parts makes the product successful in defence industry.

There is nothing like the MI 35----pak military desperately needs this chopper for its operation in fata. If we had 20 plus choppers 5 years ago-----fata would have been cleaned up a long time ago.

Appreciate your helpful idea sir. Thats what it is.But the Cobra is also going to be used in COIN operations right. Like its being used right now..Its a good buy. if approved. i was just bringing the PAK RUSSIA deal if it had any effect on this situation.
