Mein ne yakhni beef pulao banaya hai but yakhni wali tezi nai aai is baar. What is the reason ? Where did i went wrong.

Mangus, i think, it has got to do with my boiling timing. Or maybe the bone quantity was less or maybe the fat

Low heat as always... and how about piaz/onions and garlic and ginger... slow heat... after the first boil...slow heat... it takes time to make Yakhni... no plug and play... like ready-made noodlez...
