I do think that AIM-120 part came from PAF F-16 fired missile. Indians showed it to get Americans involved. But the question is if the missile killed an Su-30 or a MiG-21. After all, I dont believe the AMRAAM missed its target.

If the Indian side is raising concerns about F-16s, Pakistan's diplomacy/FO should ensure some pressure is put on the French about how their weapon system like Rafale may be used in an offensive capacity in the future which can lead to a dramatic escalation between two nuclear armed nations. The Indians have openly talked about using Mirage 2000s to go across the international boundary (IB) and Pakistan at a minimum must register its protest with the French on the use of existing and future systems being transacted with the Indians.

A private company is not going to get into the debat of actual conflict and who lost what. That would be a horrible precedent to set.
