Dear......loan financing is JUST ONE portion of Equity, entrepreneurship does not stop here nor begin with it.....there are other sources also available......Risk Sharing is one of them......

Modern Banking is the example as you suggested less wealthy people money is lended to more rich people or organizations.......

I never said it is the only way available, let people choose which one to take. Why call one unethical, without any reason? Its clearly a lie (or abuse of word ethics)
If I am an enterprenure, I will knock at bank's door first, the one which will charge interest but wont dilute my equity.
If I have to dilute share, it will only be as second option (if banks disagree), or if the venture capitalist brings something else to the table, not only money.

Its bad for banks too, they do not have specialization in any specific business, a venture capitalist can be an expert in an area and know how to take risk and make profit out of it. Banks cant, and if they do, they are playing with people's money.
Thats why retail banking should be separated from investment banking. Let rich people take risk and be ethical with other rich people. :)

Yara, 94 is optimal. However, the problem is that it's a very slippery slope. I am trying to avoid refined-sugar and complex carbs altogether.

Well you are...you're a baby elephant ! :bunny:
