Yea i have but i was assuming that reader would be somebody with a modicum of intelligence and work it out for themselves about some articles being good sources some bad sources. You would still come to the same conclusion that america is going down the tubes

In 1973 Egypt ,in a surprise attack crossed Suez Canal marched into Sinai cutting across the 'Bar Lev Line' which was considered by Israelis to be impregnable. I will give Egypt credit for that daring operation, but thing went downhill after that. Ignoring Egyptian Armed Force's chief Gen. Shazil's advise, Saddat ordered his tanks to move across Sinai away from their SAM cover. Israelis counter attacked, crossed channel and encircled Egyptian 3rd Army and were less than 50 miles from Cairo. I don't understand how this became a victory for Egyptians.

But you are also right in the 67 issue. Egypt and Syria were caught off guard by Israel and defeated them. Syria was too slow to mount a counter-attack so the main Israeli army relocated from Egypt to Syria and in the case of Jordan the Jordanians rebelled the Israeli advance.

America is not going anywhere in a hurry dude.. Even in current economic downturn, the probability of USA going down the tube is 100 times lesser than Pakistan taking that route. So having dreams is good, but fantasies, are a whole other thing..

The two armies were at a stand still the third army was surrounded and the expeditionary force sent by Israel was also surrounded when Egyptian Militias got into the fight. The Egyptians wanted to save their third army and Israel wanted to save their Expeditionary force.

Israel wanted to go more than the west bank but their attack was halted by Jordan.

No, that is wrong, i wonder where you read that from but its not completely true, the armies that fought israel in 1967 and 1973 were Arab armies under Arab Nationalism, and secondly Islamic radicalism spread during and after the Afghan-Soviet war when lunatics like Osama and Al zahiri were getting a lot of publicity with the help of West and Muslim countries, before that these lunatics were being persecuted by Nationalists and Socialist dictators/governments.

Many historians argue that the Arab army's rout at the hands of Israel in just 6 days in 1967 is one of the defining moments in Arab history as it completely shattered Arab confidence, from which they still haven't recoverd.

Why doesnt Iran, such a massive nation, make some space for Palestinians, why doesnt Jordan, that has a massive population of Palestinian refugees that live in squalor do something about their well being. None of the middle eastern nations care about the Palestinians, it is merely a ploy to deflect attention from their own disastrous regimes and to protect strategic interests. I find it sad when the very real cause of Palestinians is hijacked by political causes. The muslim nations, not Israel, arent doing enough for the Palestinians.

Israel gives Arab countries in neighborhood an issue to distract populace from local problem. Does anyone actually believe KSA, Jordan, ... care about Palestinians? Palestinians are not going anywhere. No one will take them.
