pitiful that weapons can buy loyalty these days...

also the F-35 just seems to be hopefulness

Recognise Israel and get F35s is the deal. I wonder how much the support packages will be and the threat of sanctions on spare parts should they waiver later on.

Who is Morocco arming against. I have been there 3 times and lived ech experience. Its a poor country with many shortages especially education and medicine. These purchases are a waste

Morocco is modernizing its army. About 40 Billion USD has been allocated to purchase of new military hardware from 2019 to 2021.

There are about a million Jews in Israel of Moroccan origin and according to the Moroccan law, they still have a Moroccan citizenship. A third of the ministers in the current Israeli government are Moroccan Jews. The likely next prime minster of Israel is also a Moroccan Jew. If Morocco wanted to normalize ties with Israel, they would have done it years ago.
