More than 2.5m Muslims threaten to leave Facebook after four Islamic pages taken down

Facebook is becoming a popular point for hate speech, specially when few psychos unnecessarily want to deride Muslims and their religion. That is not social at all.

The hate speech, fb is very reluctant to remove. It's a wonder how terrorist pages, hate pages can remain, but these were removed.

Don't spam and don't mess around and you should be fine. With that said, the guy who wrote to them is a fool.

These 2.5 million in question (give or take) are the purest of the pure keyboard warriors. Co-existing with the rest of puny humans on facebook is not their cup of tea. :)
So you think they shouldn’t be any Islamic pages on facebook?

. . .
Long time I heard that Muslims have developed a website similar to facebook with Islamic values. It would be the next big thing. Its 2015 and I am still waiting for it.

Muslims also started shariah compliant Mecca Cola. God know what happened to it either.

The way you don't find kasmir mujaheedin wrong in the same way they can decide what is good or bad accordingly. Your site your rule to suppress everyone who don't agree with you, in the same way let them decide what is good or bad for their site

Never quite understood this hype behind Facebook. Maybe those folks can find something better to do?

It's a nice tool to stay in touch with long distance friends and family. To me at least.

Facebook is the top place to radicalize youngsters. Also they get lot of opportunities for converts. I used to get ads like 'Convert to Islam Now, Chat with our expert and go to Heaven' etc. Then the infidel AdBlock came to the rescue.
It's a huge business, they will just create a new page and continue their Dawah.

Don't know about Facebook. But majority of the terrorist groups recruitment occur in the deep net.
