i think no one read the article properly...gov is not banning all the **** websites but only those websites that allows to share **** which are being used for wrong purposes like sharing child ****, MMS clips etc. Adult **** websites are legal in india so don't worry.

As far as I know, the mainstream websites come under US or EU government(s) jurisdiction. Consequently, they are required by law to filter out and report if anyone uploads child pornography. There is an effective mechanism in place for them, its just the private forums that are difficult to regulate. This is what the ministry is moving to ban.
