More like only announcement. Since the dozens of families are still in the camps. Dozen of children also died in the camps due to pneumonia. There was also news where state govt asked the people to take money and give up the right to going back to their homes. It was also discussed on this forum. It was a complete farce.

Not much since we don't have riots on the scale of India. Anyways I remember Joseph colony Christians whose homes were built by provincial govt within days and within a week they were back into their homes.

What you are saying is ideal, but that is not how people see it. Like the video in the OP doesn't represents Hinduism or majority of India, such cases are isolated. But it happens. It is right to complain, if only you are clean. In case of Muslims, they are as guilty as Hindus, so the complain about whole persecution thing is ridiculous.

The money will be given for rehabilitation to those families which are living in relief campus and have refused to go back to their native villages out of fear despite numerous efforts made by the district administration.

It is rehabilitation money - given to those who are displaced, not going back.

That 1000 girls report is highly dubious and seems to be part of propaganda campaign. The temples issue is responsibility of provincial govt and they should deliver. Unfortunately they haven't. Not due to religion bigot but due to neglect and corruption. At least in our case political parties leaders don't participate in riots as it is a common feature in India.
