Mike Pompeo phones COAS Qamar Bajwa, talks about Gen Soleimani’s killing

.
US don't need our bases to hit targets in Iran, they will need airspace and ground facilities for spec ops units most probably.
sir if you see close look on afghan wars sometime even surprises happen for example emergency landings of fighter jets frequent c-17 touches and so on . war is ugly and we should stay away from it ,

. . .
Yep.

Perhaps this needs to be taught in our schools, that global power dynamics, irrespective of the lip service paid to the United Nations and talk about 'democracy of nations' and what not, are basically still those of a Feudal society. The biggest, baddest, strongest Sardar/Zamindar has the power and there is no 'police force' strong enough to stop the Sardar from doing whatever he wants, nor is the Sardar every going to let a police force that strong ever be created.

The best one can do is focus on not attracting too much negative attention from the Sardar and chip away at improving and strengthening ourselves to where we can at least deter the Sardar from attacking us.

It is quite funny , when I compare ,what we are taught in school , by our parents , our elders and society at large to how nations prosper and get ahead. Looks like what we were taught was completely opposite to how world functions.

Ask USA government

Not Pakistan's concern
You were concerned about another country's reasons for involvement in foreign countries. You pitched an argument as circular reasoning and i'm trying to find justification for your question.

. . .
Correct. The only way to be safe is to develop nukes that can verifiable reach mainland and ensure turns the whole country into dust. Either you have that capability or you just live at the mercy of US.
You would need a conventional and unconventional deterrent.

A conventional deterrent would be necessary to eliminate smaller scale military strikes such as the Suleimani one or the ones the Indians attempted in Balakot. That doesn't mean that conventional capabilities should be strong enough to comprehensively defeat the aggressor in a full fledged war, just strong enough to make limited conventional aggression expensive enough to be a deterrent.

Because that country has been interfering in my country

I am against interference of any country inside Pakistan

You however are more concerned about USA bases around the world

I'm concerned because USA interferes in my country. Wonder why you don't oppose that in addition to Iran's interference.
