The men in Khaki are the Police, not the army. The Jammu and Kashmir police force is independent of the Army. The Police constitutes only of locals be it Kashmir or Punjab or Tamil Nadu, and the police is directly answerable only to the govt. of Kashmir, which is elected directly by the people of Kashmir. The Indian army only does counter-insurgency operations inside Kashmir.

Be it any context behind it, it does not allow you to treat women and children as your bharati army is doing...and dont act like typical indian justifying these acts by your army..then you question why does muslims in india opt terrorism as their way out!

No body has license to kill or rape anyone, no matter how big that person is. Unfortunately it happens world wide not just India, it should be condemned wherever it happens without bias.

Regarding the catching of those children and women, from the video or photographs it is not clear why they are doing. I'm sure police are not doing it for fun, they might be protesting against something or some fringe elements causing social trouble and police are just doing their job to control them.

What you are seeing is only one side of the coin.
