That's Super hind mark V by ATE of South Africa
With the Super Hind Mk.V, ATE's goal is to reduce its weight sufficiently to allow it to conduct NOE flying and use tactics closer to those of Western attack helicopters. Thus it doesn't require as much armour as standard Hinds, because it is exposed to enemy fire for a shorter period of time and has significantly improved manoeuverability. This alone has resulted in a weight saving of many hundreds of kilograms, as the old armour has been replaced with lighter and more modern (yet slightly less effective) armour.

The new canopy is also reported to offer better situational awareness for both pilots than that of the current Hind, and the cockpits are now decidedly roomier. While it's true that the WSO's forward view is obscured somewhat by the pilot, the fact is that the WSO is going to be looking at his displays 99% of the time anyway. With the capabilities of the Goshawk turret sensors, there's little need for the WSO to be reverting to Mk.1 eyeball (leave that to the pilot). Indeed, the revised nose on the Mk.III/IV blocks off the same amount of forward vision for the WSO anyway, and apparently none of the aircraft's operators are reporting any problems with that configuration.

ATE was acquired by Paramount Group which is selling that upgrade under name of NIGHT HAWAK.
Pak may look forward to upgarde these choopers using these systems,if we would deploy them in numbers.

Its an old upgrade offered by them.

Im sure the new MI-35s introduced in mid/late 2000s have already solved issues facing the old 70s Mi-24 platforms... in the new variant.

Russians are very good at making machines, but they do suck at avionics.
Algeria upgarded her Mi-24's using ATE kits.

Bhai.. algerian Mi-24s are old platforms.. they needed upgrades..
Bhai,i know that but bottom line is that, they would have sought an upgarde from Russia but they went for third party citing poor performance of these avionics, let's see what Pakistani has tweaks to do,for getting fully performance out of platform.

That was the case with initial batches. The 35Ms have now been around for many years and i never heard of avoinics failure or malfunction. In fact, they've been upgraded several times since then. The reason why Algerians went for ATE option was price, it was cheap and worked for them, not to mention the weapon option was attractive. Mokopa and ZT3 Ingwe ATGMs.

We may be going for integration of Baraq Missile on Mi-35's,what do you say sir?

Indeed; Russian electronics are pathetic; just pathetic. While they have done good job in certain aspects eg. AESA radar/EW, but when it comes to dakdaks and others, it is just garbage; hence ATE kits were made back in the 90's and kept up to date; you get full blown helmet sights etc which we excel in plus night vision etc.
