Men wearing skirts.

Since we are talking about food, is seafood biryani popular in Pakistan? I never heard people outside India talk about shrimp or fish biryani.

Usually in Pakistan people put Chicken, mutton, or beef in their briyani.

But seafood in Briyani is something new to me. I have never eaten fish Briyani before.

.

bro, I am not Sindhi. I am Pathan-Punjabi mix. My Father's side comes from Agra while my mothers side comes from Delhi. But originally we used to be from Afghanistan.

I used to live in Islamabad and Rawalpindi.

Briyani is quite popular from where I am from in Pakistan.

I do not know know what Pathans eat from KPK.

Clearly I must be the oddball here then. We love meat pilau. Biryani. Sounds some fancy concoted name.
You should try the two variants of Shan brand Briyani.

Sindhi Briyani which I eat.

1 Red Pepper chopped ( I use 2 ;))
1 Onion chopped
1 Garlic Clove Minced
250g Cooked fried rice/ cooked rice
1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
Tomato Puree
2 Tbsp Water
Corriander leaes & parsley
Salt & Pepper for Seasoning.

1st - In a frying pan pour oil, then onions, garlic and pepper until and fry it for a minute ,
then - Season the chicken and add to the pan, stir fry for 3-4 minutes ,
then- Pour some Paprika(Spice) mixed with water into pan
then- Add the tomato puree and stir into the sauce that will now be forming in the bottom of the pan, & let the flavors soak into the chicken for some minutes & add some green coriander leaves a minute before taking it off .

That's it !
Now
If you want it with fried rice then - pour some fried rice and stir it for a minute
& Garnish with some more green coriander leaves or Parsley

Or Enjoy it with Cooked rice
