Biryani is a purely urdu speaker dish.

Sindhis make sindhi pulao.

@HannibalBarca I tried couscous. The name sounded delicious so I bought it from my local Tesco. Yuck it was horrid. Give the the recipe.I suspect the Tesco version was a poor attempt at the real thing.

Regardless, Pakistani made Briyani is my favorite whether it is Sindhi or not.
