Leaving for Pakistan Today/Need help with chipkali problems

I am kinda scared of a specie of roach known as "german Cocroaches'
Others are fine. Lizards and snakes too. I just am scared by roaches, and suddenly flyyin insects

Lolz even the roaches have Nazi's ROFLMAO.........

The worst ordeal I've had with lizzards was when there was a lizzard in my toilet. I just couldn't resist the nature's call and there this lizzard was staring at me in my face.

Well it's going to be too cold to sleep in the veranda, so I'll have to be indoors. The sight of them doesn't scare me,but the fact that they just sit on the beds and sofas and also fall off the ceilings make me feel uneasy. They don't scare me,but gross me out. Sorry to sound like a sissy. lol

Just like us, our chipkalis have also become very nationalistic, only the Americans, Israelis and Indians should fear them, so don’t worry, you are save.

Ok, first day in pakistan!! WOOT. 15 hours on two planes, I've arrived to Karachi, which btw is not where I'm from. Just staying at a friend's house till I can catch my final flight tomorrow. Some things I would like to note. Weather is awesome, and so far no chipkalis in my friend's house, although there are tons of mosquitos. They are hovering around me even now as I type. One thing that really surprised me is how rampant Karachi is with crime, gangs, and murders between mohajirs/MQM and pathans. I'm staying in a very gritty, yet one of the safer areas in Karachi known as Gulshan-Iqbal. MQM basically runs this area. Down the street at this new park, the walls are littered with MQM graffitti.

Karachi has really taken a turn for the worse. Certain neighborhoodss and streets will lead to certain death after dark. My friend also says that in this area MQM has it locked down any issues with pathans are always compromised rather than blood fueds or gang wars. He told me recently one of his friend went into a pathan alahka as a mohajir, and they put alfie super glue in his ears and some in his eyes. He ended up passing away. Anyways I just wrote this to inform people about the ground realties of Karachi from my personal experience of being here for roughly one day. I think it was a pretty depressing arrival.

karachi is not bad over all, u should drive through the city, hope u like it, go to clifton and sea view, defense, drive on shahrah faisal and hope you enjoy..

i dont know if super highway is cautious place or not, if it is not, you can enjoy a long drive there and there are some very enormous restaurents there like al habib, where food is cheap and the best, as the weather is also good, u can have a max fun there... there is also a clean nice area called gulshan e maimar there, its very nice.

when i was in karachi i used to eat from hot and spicy in zamzama in defense, their tikka rolls are so tasty.. have fun..

i know u must be tired after the ride, but believe me karachi is one of the best places to visit in pakistan, it is a huge city and lots of places to visit esp the long drive inside the city

Thanks for the advice. I have all day to myself till my flight leaves, while my friend is at his classes. He left his bike to me, so I will definitely go out and check some places out. Traffic is crazy though, hope I don't die haha. Only problem with me is that I stick out like sore thumb so far.

Go to the one opposite Agha's at Clifton, not the one at Allah-wala Chowk. The service is not the same, nor is the menu.

Go to Roasters in fact. It's nicer.

Last when i was in Lahore a Pratha Roll franchise from Karachi called Red Apple opened a branch in Defense H Block Market. Their rolls are delicious.............. I have experienced Nando's menu to be extremely limited...

Lizzards are in hibernation ATM, temp is around 15-16c (I hope u're not from Karachi), I'm not seeing any so far, will be out of hibernation in April.

My grandfather never allowed me to harm lizzards, same reason Abu mentioned, Life cycle, they eat insects/bugs prevent fungus accummulation in house.

Try Mor ke pankh in your room.

pizza next at mellinnium mall started as a nice shop which was even better than pizza hut, and i stopped eating from pizza hut, but then the quality of pizza next went down!!
