Idiots are off their rockers thinking that MiG-21s can handle a war and not fielding Tejas. There is nothing that Tejas can't do even in the current state that a 50 year old MiG-21 can do.

What is wrong with NAK Browne?

This is one place where I wish the MOD really threatens to disband IAF top brass if they don't order it en masse and replace MiG-21s.

I can't believe three ACMs have wasted so much time costing the lives of young pilots.

Tejas is joining by the year end in an irrevocable warning from the MOD to the manufacturer. After this, HAL will start a production of 6 aircraft per year next year onwards, expanding it to 20 aircraft per year capability by 2018. It will take a decade before which we are able to complete the induction.

I think you're confusing Tejas with the INS Vikrant II aircraft carrier's commissioning time.
