Kashmiri leader Yasin Malik convicted by Nazi RSS India

When did he finance terrorists or terror acts? that sounds like complete BS to me, more trumped up charges to justify his illegal detention.
No one cares what you think, he pleaded guilty of the charges.

He got of easy ,should have been hanged.

He probably figured he was going to be sentenced nonetheless, I don't think this was a fair trial at all. If they execute Malik this will have huge repercussions in the valley to say the least and might end up being counter-productive, what do you think of this?
Highly likely he will get death sentence in the case where he killed IAF officers. But he still may not be hanged, courtesy our Supreme Court.
Nothing more will happen in the valley that's not happened before. Separatists don't hold that much power.
Maybe few will pick up guns, but their shelf life is less than one year now.

Shame, well it is what it is. Why do you think he should be executed? the guy disavowed any kind of militancy and even supported right of return for Kashmiri Pandits. His only crime was speaking out against human rights violations in Kashmir, does he not have the right to do such?

Should be hanged till death in public.

What about this terrorist ?

You are back to defend your Hindutvadi fascist government. You should participate in this thread of mine :

Modi has done remarkably well in kashmir... It will be a good impact in the coming years....

Only congress was dragging the issue - unnecessary from the past many decades

I see, but why all of a sudden they are bringing this incident back? that was in 1990 when he killed those IAF officers, the timing of this is just suspicious. If they hung him, it would be a travesty of justice in the self proclaimed worlds largest democracy.

If you commit a murder tomorrow and become a gandhian the next day, you still deserve punishment ,thats it.

It is not a new case, the case has been languishing in court for ~3 decades. The chargesheet was filed in 1990 itself. So law is going to take it's own course.
Hanging a terrorist is not anti-democratic.

Stop ignoring my posts. What about Hindutvadi terrorists who have committed atrocities for the last 3000 years, including in recent the lynching of the elderly confused man in MP because the Hindutvadi gang suspected him of being a Muslim ? Will this BJP murderer and his minions decide to become Gandhian today and should they be forgiven by BJP supremo and our prime minister ( unfortunately ) Narendra bhai for the lynching more immediately and for committing indirect violence against Muslims, instead of him being hanged which punishment you recommend for Yasin Malik ?

Isn't that the same biatch who insulted Hemant Karkare and said that he deserved to get killed and that it was a result of her "curse"? and to think that she was voted in the parliament by your average Indian, and yet these same people have the audacity to talk about Muslims and Pakistanis supporting terrorists and making them their heroes.

Understandable, Yasin Malik should have never killed that IAF officer. He really screwed himself there, its noble how he changed his cause to a more non violent one and stuck to it but at the end of the day a murder is a murder and he committed one. The problem is that they are bringing up and using this case and digging skeletons in order to silence him and his activism, I don't think the court is actually doing it to for the purpose of serving justice to the IAF officer and his family.

No its not militant organisation. Its indigenous kashmiri freedom movement. They struggle using peaceful means but since kashmir is a military state so violent clashes take place with the armed forces due to abuses and killings of the innocent.

What kind of freedom fighter is he?

Wife enjoying the life which finance by another country.

Today's conviction pertains to his activities in 2016-17. So, he's not "reformed" as you try to portray it.
No one is digging skeletons, justice can be very slow in the country.

She is the very same. Agree to the rest of what you say.

Sir, Yasin is not a hero of mine but he was an armed militant years ago and then he took the path of peace. Shouldn't the Indian establishment have cultivated the company of this peace-seeking man and worked with him for a broader peaceful and political solution to the Kashmir issue like the one Musharraf proposed in 2001 ( the Four Point Formula ) ? :) For how long should the Kashmiris become pawns in the nationalist wars between Indian establishment and Pakistani establishment ?

@PakAlp @Faqirze : In any other civilized country, he would have been executed 30 years ago. It is only in benevolent India that a murderer like him can live to spew his venom.

What would your country do to somebody who shot four air force men dead? Who constantly waged war against the state, and materially supported terrorists and separatists?

He is lucky to have been born in India - anywhere else, he would be quickly executed if he was lucky, or painfully tortured to death.
