Are the counter measures and defenses these cruise missiles are facing aginst aircraft carries and normal frigates and destroyers effective or are the missiles more effective?

You are right, thought lethal range, but that must be the 60km. Sorry, could not read Chinese.
As 15 m did not make any sense for a missile range, I thought it would be rather 15 km and still found it too short, but it makes all sense when it is about the lethal detonation radius. Thanks.

That should be 15 miles then... No actually they use Km but not enough print place for the K in the last line, but they could have started one symbole to the left. let's say it is 15 km since 15 m does not make sense.
This is 15 Meters... Not Miles or Km's... 15 Meters is the CEP or Circular Error Probability for LD-10 ARM. The Range of Missile is 60 KM's.

It is about the lethal radius (LR) which is diffrent than the CEP that describes the detonation point versus the position of the target, meaning the precision of the warhead or lack of it, that it can miss the target by a maximum of 15 meters upon which the explosive power effectiveness is based.
The LR is where everything within that radius will be destroyed upon the explosive detonation of the warhead. So it is (The LR) 15 m for the LD-10 ARM.
