It has pushed to 9Gs more than 2 dozen times during PAF trials since 2008-2010 and its airshow performance is an ample proof of this. Regarding rd-93, neither it is under powered nor the most powerful around and it gives JFT the ability to make vertical climbs even at nominal speeds. Those quick turns and climbs are more than a proof of its strong airframe capable of sustained 9G performance. I recommend you to see the JFT Zhuhai videos closely and repeatedly, concentrating on every turn and maneuver and especially those long smoke, moisture trials seem attached to the wings almost every time it maneuvers, to understand what i am talking about. Not everything can be proved on a public forum, having a little improvisation with rational thought never hurts.
Maan latain hain (I believe), main to chahta hoon JF-17 10g pull kara, mera mulk ka fighter hai. by the moisure trails u mean vortexes? I noticed they are longer than viper vortexes. RD-93 gives smoke you cannot deny that, or u deny it I wish It couldnt give smoke.
Now here is something to substantiate/validate the pilot at Farnborough saying the JF-17 has a TWR greater than 1!!!! This is really good news and should burry the talk that the plane is under power.
This should help explain that impressive take off when the were leaving Farnborough full of fuel.
Sunday, January 9, 2011Stealthy Jf17 block 2 its maiden flight
This design incorporates the idea of affordable stealth as the small size of jf17 does not allow the placement of an internal weapons bay. Though the decrease in range can be accounted for by IFR . So this prototype of jf17 has to carry weapons on the external pylons. A Jf17 carrying A2A payload will have relatively small profile as compared to A2G payload, and will pose a major threat to enemy forces.
