Chin hardpoint hopefully. More than a match for anything across the border as long as it carries 4 BVRs and 2WVRs (more HP or dual racks).

most likely 12 to 14 AAM in max configuration .. 2 dual racks with tip missile under each wing, with 2 to 4 AAM under the belly ..

No, even this payload F-15/Su-30 can't gets in the air because of lots of drag these weapons, at best F-15/Su-30 they carry 6 to 8 AAMs to sustain the drags of AAMS
