Don't take that proposal seriously, it likely won't be released. It's meant to recognize Israel's annexation over settlements of West Bank and offer more financial aid to the PA. Jordanian King has spoken against and said he was under pressure to accept it. It does not include a two state solution nor give Palestinians any kind of sovereignty so its bound to fail. Which is what Kushner's intent is, offer something unacceptable to justify US recognition of settlements as Israeli territory.

US will continue to lose the trust of the ME public.

1.)Its true, Israeli media said the target was soldiers then he drove right in front of them as soon as the missile hit
2.)PA took over commercial crossings of Gaza and took the tax revenue, while refusing to pay civilian salaries of government employees
3.)Islamic Jihad has its own funding and gets no money
4.)Hamas armed and politicians also do not get any of that money
5.) The money is for poor families and civilian employees who work in the government and also for previous PA employees
6.)Its a tiny amount of money, something like 100$ per month for each employee
7.)Your right wing government stopped implementing the ceasefire deal, after this round you agreed to
8.)You have till Wednesday to implement the understandings, otherwise hostilities will immediately resume
