No, it is not far fetched. The idea that Tehran had done it is far fetched since they are under sanctions and will never risk doing such a thing and cut out their source of gold payment. Israel is known for its quality of under cover false flag operations and even CIA could not detect them. The idea that RAW is able to catch Mossad is funny. Mossad is much more lethal and well trained than RAW and for Israel it is more important to isolate Iran than even being friends with India.
