Israel will act to counter Iranian nuclear threat without US - Netanyahu

Well, then the only thing they can do is to assasinate scientists and sabotage some factories every now and then. That wont stop the nuclear program.

You are correct that it will not stop Iran's nuclear program. But it can, and has slowed it down. And Israel will keep on trying to do so, as much as it possibly can.

"With or without an agreement, we will do everything to prevent Iran from arming itself with a nuclear weapon, because that is our existence."
The reality is that every nation that has a nuclear-armed enemy must rely on mutual assured destruction (MAD) to stay the hand of a first striker. If Iran achieves nuclear weapons, both the USA and Israel must count on MAD to prevent a nuclear attack just as it has for all other nations. The only nation to have ever been attacked with nuclear weapons, Japan, did not have a MAD defense. To me, the main problem for the USA, if Iran demonstrates nuclear weapons, will be whether or not to accede to other Middle East nations, such as Saudi Arabia or Egypt, gaining nuclear weapons of their own to give them a MAD defense under their own control.

Slow down by how much? We enriched uranium to less than 4% during JCPOA, in January we increased to 20%, and about a month ago, we increased it even further to 63%. Iran is fully capable of building nuclear weapons, its just a political decision not to.

Listen to what the US Director of National Intelligence said already back in 2015.

It would be a very interesting flight, all the way from Israel deep into Iran. Even if they have magic planes that can travel 6400km undetected, What are they going to accomplish by bombing only one site? What are they going to do when Iran strikes back?
The ''qualitative edge'' the Israelis like to boast about is meant for their immediate neighbors Gaza, Syria, Lebanon etc. None of these territories have any decent AD system in place nor any capable air force or armed forces. Nothing in their inventory indicates that they can carry out such an extremely risky and complex operation.

You are assuming many things here, the foremost that it has ''slowed down'' Iran's nuclear program. The nuclear knowledge has been institutionalized in Iran so that means the path towards nuclearization is not blocked by elimination of people. Let's not forget that Iran enjoys unique geographical position and this might disappear if other countries in the region get their hands on nukes if Iran openly announces itself as a nuclear weapons power. The focus has always been to shorten the breakout time.. to keep the enemies on the edge of their seat forever. This is the best strategy IMO.

Israel would use Popeye Turbo SLCM, from its Dolphin subs and Jericho 3 probably if that was its only option.

For that they would receive 20 billion dollars in American aid.

This should be one of the most important topics in the world these days! It has far reaching catastrophic consequences for a large part of the world. And here is why say this, based upon not only this latest Netanyahu threat but also upon some other.
1) Within last few days Robert Gates, a former US Sec. of Defense, in a 'Face the Nation' interview said one of his biggest worries as Sec Def was Israel going it solo and attacking Iran. Gates said that would be catastrophic for not only Iran but also Israel, the region and even for America's own 'strategic' interests. Gates clearly implied that Israel would like to drag America to its war. BTW, Gates is a dying breed of American diplomats of intelligence and real-politic. He also, very carefully, managed to criticize Israel by saying that what Israel was doing in Gaza is not according to American values.

2) There is also an interview out there on You Tube (I think within last few weeks) of an ex British MI6 officer with some connections with the Israeli intelligence. He said that at one point Netanyahu had just about decided to attack Iran but was firmly told 'NO' by the Israeli intelligence agencies. He also said that Israel shouldn't worry as much about 'the one big one' from the sky as opposed to tens of thousands of rockets/missiles fired upon Israel from all sides.

Based on these, and based on Israel desperately trying to sabotage the revival of the Iran Deal, and based on some other events like Netanyahu may do something stupid to avoid the corruption charges and stay in power, he may do something really really stupid.

I hope Iran will get the weapon ASAP because according to several rabbins, Jewish people are awaiting the Machiah. (We call him Dajjal).
But according to the rabbins, before its arrival, Arabs should/will fall, and... Perse also will / should fall.
That’s why they are pushing others to destroy Iran.

It wont be as easy as it was with iraqi osairaq strikes. Not impossible though, especially with F35 and some saudi support. The main point to ponder is the aftermath. After killing of Suleimani and top nuclear scientists and sabotage attacks, i doubt if iran will do a massive retaliation if israel does carry out a strike on its nuclear installations.

How would the Iranians know what flight path was taken?

Iran has eight 360 degree early warning radars stationed all over the country, with the Iranian version (Ghadir) of the Russian "Resonance-NE" radar having a declared maximum detection range of up to 1100 km. According to Deputy Director of the Resonance Research Center Alexander Stuchilin, the Resonance-NE radars delivered to Iran have no problem detecting American stealth fighters of the fifth generation F-35.
