U didn't comprehend my comment. Read it again, i was talking about USA stoping F-16s and its usa tech to almost every ally and partner.

I do not understand the politics. There are plenty of National Guard F-16s that can be donated to Croatia. I think Pentagon might not want the Israeli avionics in the Israeli F-16s

In the case of Pakistan at least, those 'donations' were always off set by significant cooperation and costs born by Pakistan in supporting US objectives, first during the cold war and then post US invasion of Afghanistan.
