ISPR Demands apology from Munawar Hassan.

@fatman17; the post above makes eminent sense.
For an Army (a Professional Army in a modern non-oligarghic/non-dictatorial state) to inject an idealogy (political or religious) will be extremely Toxic. And to sustain such a system will finally be Fatal.

For a Soldier, it is critical to be able to define where his Command Structure ends and it is equally important for it to be visible at all times. But when that Command Structure begins to be less than defineable and goes into the realm of something invisible; then there can only be trouble in store.

The PA will do well to going back to re-gaining the ethos of a Professional Army; at least for its own raison d'etre.

we only have to thank Zia for this situation.

True indeed @fatman17 sahab. But sadly; that situation was allowed to linger on as a festering wound----- after him.
Personally speaking; I do view it with a sense of professional disappointment. It is rather different from the memories that I heard from Professionals in my family who held such great respect for fellow Professionals (and some ex-comrades) across the border.
A Profesional is (and should be) viewed as a Professional; regardless of the color of his uniform.

your raga has nothing to do with what we are dealing with over here - read your statement again and see if it justfies the statement by JI chiif

I replied to the question why Government did not issue the statement Charlie. Read military-Mullah nexus linked above.

It's high time we do something about these vocal Talib supporters; how dare they desecrate the brave who sacrificed themselves for us? There should be a vehement action against them and BY THE PEOPLE OF PAKISTAN! The Pakistan military is fighting for us and we should fight for their honour at least!

@fatman17 @Slav Defence just cannot believe this crap

Jamat Islami has learned from its Brotherhood fanboys in Egypt

engage in nothing except anti-national rhetoric just to confuse and misguide people; hypocrites

Munawar says "Only Allah can confer or deny martyr status" and then in the same breath this piece of sh*t calls Pakistan Enemy a "martyr"

This piece of sh*t claims Pak Army is meddling in politics by condemning his ridiculous statement and demanding an apology......what is bloody Jamat Islami doing??? They arent meddling in politics by calling the dead terrorist a shaheed and basically insulting every Pakistani both civilian and military?

Hassan - his party and those who belong to that mindset can all go to hell. These are the same garbage who were against Pakistan's independence and partition in 1947.

JI leader should never apologise who the hell is ISPR demanding apology.

ISPR should apologise for fuckking this country up from Ayyub all the way to Musharrif.

Actually, all the way from Ayyub to Musharraf they keep on giving new births to Pakistan.

All the way from Bay Nazir to Asif Ali Zardari all politicians were employed by foreign agencies, their kids and assets are in UK/US & India.
On the subject, Munawar Hassan and Imran Khan are technically, khawarij.
Infact, after realizing the depth of the $hit, they are retracting from their stand, but now they have place to escape until they publicly call TTP terrorists and khawarijis, funded and armed by foreign agencies.

Maybe so but the length of time the military has had to engineer a Pakistan to its vision shows what it has done to the nation.

It has created so many problems that now it can't control them and hence it is pro democracy now.

The military has turned the public and terrorist groups it has nurtured against itself tjats why you see soldiers being decapitated.

It has always been civilain rule, all ministers had been civilians.
Why didn't ministers performed? Nawaz Sharif ruled Pakistan for two decades... if he is acceptable today than why not when Zia was army chief.

The Mullah was trying to make a point.

The Americans killed Mehsud.

It was illegal.

Why are all these libs crying?

Why weren't you libs crying when Americans attacked our soldiers at Salala?

Typical hypocritical libz.

It was the PA's job to kill Mehsud, not the Americans.
