The writer simply overlooked the fact the US only benefits if Pakistan remains focused on the Eastern front.
If the Pak-Mil needs to stop India's aggressions, then the US-led Afghan campaign goes into trouble.

The US is keen to prevent any escalation in tensions between Pakistan and India but comments from the Indian-Mil have exposed their duplicity. On one hand they talk of peace and purposely create tension in the region on the other. Illegal building up near the LoC is not a peace overture.

I don't know why our media was all lovey-lovey over this "aman ki asha" crap? It has been clear from day one that India doesn't care about peace. It's only a show put on for the world to fall prey to.

The end game of Afghanistan is finalized. USA and Pakistan are friends again, Jihadis are asking for peace deal, now they can be directed at India, USA is leaving the region soon, now Pakistan is free to internationalization Kashmir and support what it has been supporting for last 30 years.

There will be de escalation for brief period of time at LOC because of Pakistan's recent political turmoil, after that Pakistan will increase ceasefire violation.

The simple connection is, Hafiz Saeed and Syed Salahuddin advocates armed militancy in Dec and then they send Militants which is always backed up by PA. IA fires at them and PA Soldier gets killed. PA plans revenge and they attack while Militants killed a Sarpanch. Then Escalation happens. It was America's plan, TTP did that and other stories are BS.
