Wastage is our national theme, it is at every level and at every item.
No research for average farmer.
Policy is not fully implemented.
Usage of media is a must for reforms.

Good program. We need solar driven dryer.

It can dry Mangoes, Tomato, etc (no puree). storage wd require mild temperature. It will save our food wastage. Man! he watsed 16k kg tomatoes. So much depressing.

Sun dried tomatoes sold at >5£ / kg .

I have seen many Indian documentaries but short ones . They have done amazing jobs in the least capital expenditure. Then Amir Khan has doen amrvellous job in Maharashtra to educate the farmers. There are tons of water storage success stories in India. This one is from South India.
Few lakhs and the result you can see with community work.
