Is north india going to enjoy benefits at the cost of south?

Today ,a telugu newspaper andhra jyoti ,published an article ,claiming that north india would benefit from south indian taxes becaue of GST ..Can someone shed some light on this?(as north doesnt contribute much with taxes)

I do not know the mechanics. The Center is slowly intruding on State Government sources of revenues.

For every Rs. 100 Tamil Nadu pays in taxes to India, it gets back Rs. 40 from India. At the same time, for every Rs. 100 Uttar Pradesh pays in taxes to India, it gets back Rs. 170 from India.

THe same must be true for Andhra and other South States too. This is nothing but economic plunder of South by Hindi states.

I think southern states should secede, separate from India and form their own countries. Our standard of lkiving would be much higher
