Japanese were nuke capable years before we ever could. But the American nuclear threat to erase Japan off the map remains after WW2. Let them build it as they want.

Arming Vietnam with nukes would be ideal but then we will be put in the same basket as Pakistan. While west's power is waning, it is still pretty powerful. Not that we have to be afraid, but we need not invite needless trade restrictions.

Neither are we a single-party national-interested state like China nor we have a super-secretive cover to do this without secret.

Let's stick to transforming India into a world power first from the laughing stock we are thanks to secular wankers. Once we are a global player, then we can focus on others' problems.
