Plenty of Hindus were forcefully converted to islam in Mughal times, when sikhs won over the muslim Punjab, many reverted back to their original faith and sikhism as that was culturally closer to their land than islam.

The religion, sikhism is an outshoot of islam and hindusim---the ideologies of both religions put together & new religion formed---.

I second you on this - I'll appreciate, if you can lock this thread, as again it's going to turn into Religion Bashing. I reported this thread when it was posted. I respect every religion, most of the posts in this threads are disrespecting my religion. If you want others to respect your faith, then learn to respect others faith too....
