Is India on the Verge of Building a Super Jet Fighter?

With the Jaguar flying with the EL/M 2052 last week after rigorous ground trials means the Mark-1A will have very little integration problems. This is a good thought process by HAL to minimize risks.
Very important to build on the experience of the Tejas program.
$542 Million already spent on the Mark 2 means it's going ahead as per plans and earlier reports of funding problems have been addressed to a large extent. Also great to hear that the F414 INS6 are already with ADA for testing.
The last few programs by HAL have taken the low risk route and it has worked brilliantly:
HTT 40 with the Do228's Garett engine, LCH/LUH with the Dhruv's Shakti, Hawk production line practices emulated for the Tejas line and producing Cheetals for the AAC till the LUH comes online.

Kaveri engine is being actively developed. So if India says Kaveri is failed then why is India continuing with the development?

If the intension of Kaveri is to put it in LCA, which was the original plan, than Kaveri has failed. All these other new usage of Kaveri such as put it on a boat, a hydroplane, a train, etc. it's all a distraction from the fact that it was a utter failure.

As of now, Kaveri is just a side line project. No Indian fighter is linked to Kaveri. It's creation is for the pride of India.

There are hundreds of opinions on Tejas and Kaveri. Some genuine and some bogus. All I can say that both Tejas and Kaveri are under active development and their projects not closed.

In America, if it encountered a problem like Tejas or Kaveri, we would have cancelled the project. We don't have the money to burn like Indians.

Pointless india going backward with tejas.

The RCS of tejas is big like any other 4G fighter but combat capability in question since lower weight capacity than F-16.

To add to that, tejas still in initial stage low 2 digit manufacturing.

If cancel now, costs will be astronomical.

If continue, it has no relevance

Even Old Kaveri gives 81 kN uninstalled thrust. It's being modified to get above 95kN..
Make a scooter engine first then be relevant to talk.
Do Pakistan make any engine?
Let's assume pakistan doesn't make even a button. The fact is you people just brag all day long and yet can achieve nothing. Why brag when the world know you are crap. Remember you won the icc2017 final before it started. What happened? Who is your daddy? Answer....me and every Pakistani alive. Now jog on

Lol
Bragged by your people first.
Even if you win ICC 2050 make a scooter engine first without licensing foreign maals then think about jet engine. Then come to daddy .You are well below that craap..Now it's time to rise & shine.

It's continue for the pride of India. The lesson learned should be to know when to to quit.

How manyare years have you been building arjunk and tereass(tejas). How many are flying. Yet you claim they are the best things since sliced bread. Your army won't even accept your rifles. Tanks are too heavy and tereass is crap rejected most recently by your navy. Anything else drama queen?

even if we are crap for the world , that doesn't mean we should stop improving , that doesn't mean we stagnate and remain "crap" till eternity . better option is to keep trying and failing even if that means being the laughing stock of the world . atleast there is that 1% chance of succeeding as long as we try :-)

Its in same class as M88, developing 125kn engine will be taken up in future. French will be helping kaveri to sort out weight issue and improve the dry thrust. Guess what french are 20 years more advance in mettalurgy than Indians. Say thanks to 100 or so Rafales which are coming.
Thats a new devolopment i guess, there is a limit for pushing the limit. No one can uprate 80kn to 120 kn engine.

exactly, its like gambling lol.

actually if india has so much money it could consider getting strategic bombers..china has aplenty but india has none lol.

At least we are building..Not importing & painting from China. We can always assume what's your contribution in your project & how much of Chinese..
Just look at how much indigenization has been happened. We are making own ACs, own submarines, Corvettes, destroyers, rockets. That's cause the failures from the past & the measures we took.We are improving. Soon we will make own Jet fighters too. That's more than enough for us.

Pride of Pakistan Millat Tractors Limited takes lead in the automobile industry by developing Pakistan's 1st Emission Compliant Diesel Engines.

Its a moment of great pride that MTL has indigenously developed emission Compliant Diesel Engines meeting the international standards for cleaner environment. The company has made sizeable investment in this project with the establishment of a dedicated Engine R&D Lab for design, development and testing of emission complaint engines. This pioneer improvement by MTL promises to open new doors for the export of Pakistani Tractors in global markets and earning precious foreign exchange for the country.

It's not failed but failed to achieve relevant thrust obviously which is being worked on.That's why it wasn't chosen for Tejas. For India having 81kN thrust for a starter still a massive achievement.
I don't need to amuse you cause you couldn't make sh!t.Even your JF airframe composites are imported.Lel
They can't even produce an engine with 50 CC capacity but can laugh at other's achievements.
