@SOHEIL welcome back. This thread like others, has gone to destination off topic.

In regards to the plane, this will be built in limited quantities to train pilots because that is a national need. If budget grows, the rational thing would be build more Kowsar jets as it offers both air to air and air to ground capabilities. Yasin also can be a good platform for export especially to neighbour countries. There is a market for such planes.

Obviously, work needs to be done to fully reverse engineer a RD-33 and test it on F-5. Eventually, when we are in a better economic shape, we can start thinking about Qaher family. Regardless of all these plans, we need pilots and Kowar 88 plan (Yasin plane) is a necessary platform to sustain our airforce.

Bro ... Yasin developed for:

Training
Close air support
And export (if possible)

And Qaher ... Wait for flight video !

Undoing the damage!
Perhaps he means dollar value going from Ahmadinejad's 3300 value (during top sanctions), to Rouhani's JCPOA era of 20,000! or perhaps he means the intentional defense, science, space, nuclear and even energy slowdown during Rouhani's administration. or maybe he meant the undoing the damage to US/Israel interests!

You have a great appetite for denying.

No, the paradox is in your comment, you said why Ahmadinejad didn't develop this or that alloy (which is BS) and I said presidents don't interfere in these details. it's not like during a cabinet meeting in the morning he would say: today I want to domestically develop the Ti6Al2Zr2Sn2Mo2Cr0.25Si titanium alloy to use in the frontal axis of our next generation engine to use in our future planes!!!

but I did say that governments decided on the amount of funds for each organization, and Rouhani cut 85% of the defense ministry's budget when took the office. (40% of the IRGC budget next year, and many more that I didn't mention)

And about kowsar and Saegheh, you are implying that our guys have some sort of mental problem, cause after Saegheh-1 and seeing it's flaws in speed, range ..., they still wasted our money on building the Saegheh-2 and then they just realized all of that BS and went for a reverse engineered F5!

Really? Ya khodeto zadi be on rah or you live in a delusional reality where adding an additional stabilizer to an aircraft rather than increasing it's weight & drag somehow magically reduces it!
Where as I live in a reality where 2+2 will always = 4 so when you add an additional stabilizer you are very clearly adding weight not reducing it and your quite clearly adding drag not reducing it! And if your not upgrading the engines then clearly your thrust to weight ratio will be effected and with the added drag it will effect the Aircrafts speed, range & payload capacity. And due to the comparatively limited thrust capability of the J85 owj engines the tradeoff dose NOT make sense on a production scale.

As for Ti yes Iranian Presidents are directly involved in the decision making for they pick the mining ministers (sang o madan) and they choose how funds are allocated because in Iran the vast majority of mines are government controlled and the Titanium issue is not a new issue and every single Iranian president since Rafzajani has personally been aware of the Ti issue so yea it's most defiantly one of the things Iranian president directly get involved and attend meeting on for the economy is one of the main responsibilities of presidents and mining in general take up a large portion of government investments in Iran (FYI We need to 1st mine and produce Ti dioxide before getting into Ti composites)

IRGC's government budget has increased year after year every year nonstop so that's absolutely BS not to mention the fact that the IRGC has it's own personal income!(Which I believe has been a great thing so far and they should also allow the Artesh to do the same)
And cutting the defense Ministries budget by 85% doesn't really mean anything if your overall defense spending hasn't changed. Which basically means the only thing that has changed is the way your allocating funds in your yearly government budget and the money that used to get reallocated through the defense ministries budget now gets allocated differently.

You mean there wouldn't be chance for qaher to be a part of IRAF......why ain't it feasable!.....is it steps ahead of Iran capabalities or something else.....

Regarding head of Iran's space center interview doctor manteqi,F5 platform has choosed as the first Iranian platform because Iran civil aviation organization should test and verify the flyable vehicle projects, and as we didn't have aerial research labratuary,Iranian engineers selected F5 airframe to pass the tough standard exams......

Irani talk a lot of bs. You need to read between the lines. And who cares what Manteqi says, the dude has given so many false promises regarding the space program he has very little credibility anymore.

The reason F-5 is chosen is because it is a 1960’s fighter with low titanium requirement. It’s engines are reverse engineered. Furthermore, among the Air Force pilots F-5 is one of their most favorite jets.

But being able to build an F-5 has no direction correlation to being able to build a F-22 or SU-35 or J-31. Its like saying being able to build a Peykan means you can learn to build a buggati.

Yes they are both technically cars, but from different eras with different technologies incorporated.

You keep parroting this claim that Iran's defence budget has been decreased by 85%, yet all evidence points to the opposite.

I've never made that absurd claim and he (@mohsen ) keeps confusing the way the Rohani administration Allocates the Defense "Ministries" budget in their yearly proposed government budget compared to the Ahmadi administration with the countries actual "defense budget".
In the countries actual defense budget there simply isn't room to make an 85% cut not unless you want your entire active, reservist & retired military personal to go hunger and live on the streets such a cut is simply impossible hell even 50% budget cut from the Ahmadi era would be impossible let alone 85%.
