Iranian Nuclear Doctrine

I say this as someone who supports the Revolution and Ayatollah Khomeini - he had no business dictating how the war should have been fought.

Iran ought to have slaughtered, sacked and raped it's way into iraq like the red army which took Berlin and used every dirty tactic in the book, including but not limited to using weapons banned by the Geneva Convention, mass massacres of enemy PoWs, kidnapping civilians to torture them and then releasing them back in a zombified, half-dead state to demoralize the iraqis etc.

Times like these, I wish the Parthians rose from the grave and went wild.

Here's where I am a problem with, Ukraine airforce was practically non-existent even from the start of the war. They had a UAV fleet that is currently deleted along with the replenishment UAVs, also deleted.

Imagine if Russia didn't have any long range missiles. What then would be the strength of Ukraine UAV, Air fleet, logistical and training centers, and weapons depots?

They cannot stop the flow, but what they can do is locate their depots as best as they can, and utilize the means to destroy them from long range. Without these missiles, Ukraine's military situation would be far more stronger.
Ukraine also had no air defenses to protect its bases from those same missiles, and still, to this day, Ukrainian Air Force is flying. Those ballistic missiles only had effect on Ukrainian MiGs early at the war, because the Ukrainians weren't careful.

@SalarHaqq ..great research...will you attempt to translate the Fatva to English.

Text of his eminence Ayatollah Khamenei's fatwa issued on 21st of Āzar 1389 based on the unlawfulness of nuclear weapons

It is our belief that access to nuclear weapons as well other types of weapons of mass destruction such as chemical weapons and biological weapons, is considered a new threat to humanity. The Iranian nation which itself is a victim of chemical weapons usage, more than other nations senses the danger of producing and stockpiling such weapons and is ready to put all its capacities onto the path of countering this danger. We consider the use of these weapons as unlawful [harām], and efforts to shield mankind from this great calamity as everyone's duty.

Keyword: ‘usage’ (کاربرد) of these is forbidden.

The main site will be built in an area of 60,000 square meters. This nuclear power plant will be a heavy water reactor with a capacity of 360 megawatts of electricity production.
Before the revolution, the French company Frame Atom had signed a contract to build two 910 MW pressurized water reactors in Darkhoin. After the revolution, France withdrew from the project. Then In 1992, Iran signed an agreement with China that included the construction of two 300 MW reactors at the site, which were to be completed within ten years. But Later, China withdrew from the project under pressure from the United States. In March of this year, the head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran announced that the Darkhovin power plant will be built locally.
