Lower missile is exact copy of C-704. Upper missile is something weird: looks like C-704 with middle section (where motor and wings are located) removed. How this thing suppose to fly without wings and motor I really dont know. Probably it has 3 km range and 9 kg warhead.

That "red" thing is just a cover to protect the nosecone. Nosecone of these missiles are white as can be seen in all videos.
