Iran replicates and tests Israel missile shot down in Syria

Alright then keep believing it

Why would a country that prides itself on its indigenous missile technology also claim to be copying its most hated enemy, the “Zionist regime?”

Iran’s media bragged on Monday that it reportedly “replicated” an Israeli anti-tank missile. At the same time Iran claims it is now among the best countries in the world in terms of missile innovation. Why would a country that prides itself on its indigenous missile technology also claim to be copying its most hated enemy, the “Zionist regime?”

First, Iran didn’t want to admit these claims itself. In the way things are done in the Middle East this report was ascribed to a Russian news outlet so Iran didn’t have to report it from local sources. But even laundered from the Russians. “A Russian aviation news outlet says Iran may have replicated an Israeli missile that was shot down in Syria,” Press TV claims. Iran’s Tasnim media then goes on to assert that it has now tested this “new Iranian anti-tank missile.”
The fact is not about copying this missile rather uncovering the hack and behavior of that system, thay will pave the way for finding limitaions and countering such system in future ..

Besides iran learnt what kind of sensors, electronics and Control algorithms Israel uses...

There is no way iran can copy 100% out of it and even they can, they wont, they probably revamp and indigenize the system their own way...

Lol we are one of the reasons Iraq didn't scalp you all you pathetic f*ck. We gave you ammunition and weapons and spare parts even after your Islamic revolution.
not you , we bought it from CIA , they could not legally use USA own , so they paid you part of the money and used your storage

Iranians are coping so hard, first they shot down our F-35, now they shot down our missiles and replicated it

Yes Iran also captured and reverse engineered Benjaming f*cking Netanyahu, what a joke

It sure does cow to the US after getting their 2nd most important man in their poor country killed, and failing to kill anyone in return.

Also it sure does cow to Israel bombing their forces in Syria pretty much every day, including today.

It was already used, you couldn't even find it.

SELLING only 100$ milions of armaments to Iran during 8 years of total war isnt significant at all you son of a b.itch.

Even Libyan support was much more significant.

It is a myth that Suleimani was the 2nd most important man. He was just head of expeditionary force and as a general was a head of operations in Syria and Iraq. That's it

Iran attacked US bases injuring 110 Americans and US made a step back.
Myth my ***.

110 Americans injured without a single casualty, seems like a lie.

Killing the general was in fact a blow to our pride but they will pay for it a thousand times over, this is hard and fast promise. The U.S. lost Iraq for good with that move. The general was almost a sr citizen and he may have had only a few more years of life and as crazy as this sounds he wanted to be a martyr...the Americans made him into a rallying cry forever now.

The sardar got what he wanted. The Americans think they dealt a killer blow, but infact solidified his legacy. Iran will continue, and the sardar achieved martyrdom by the Great Satan, instead of death from old age.

Your *** is free to explain why and how he was the "2nd most powerful"
How pathetic it is to deny the importance of a man in order to make the enemy's achievement look less important.

The man was a 2 star major general, highest rank in Iran, and was clearly the most influencal in all theateres Iran has been involved in.
Just google "the most 2nd most important man in Iran"

The second most important man is Head of IRGC.

Suleimani was a head of Iran's Foreign Legion. That's all

I would imagine that for iran there is a rather delicious irony in reverse/reengineering your enemies own weapons and technology which can then potentially be turned against that enemy itself.I mean imagine in any hypothetical future israeli-lebanese conflict you could have iranian spikes being used by hezbollah to take out israeli tanks and other weapons, either by atgm teams on the ground or by armed ucavs in the air.In addition with the un arms embargo on iran about to expire within the next 6 months, there is also the potential for overseas sales, and when one considers just how many countries operate this system there might even possibly be the potential to undercut israel if iran could offer them for sale cheaply enough or even offering the possibility of local production with tot[I seem to recall that was one of the main stumbling blocks with the indian deal originally].
Now I dont think this was done solely to give the finger to israel as the weapon also fills a useful niche in irans military procurements. The first as an excellent replacement for the short ranged saegheh atgm which was based on the old m47 dragon, tho considerably improved, and also as a lightweight drone launched missile as up until now iran has just used glide bombs as the primary weapon of its drone force
It also takes a certain level of technological and industrial ability, not to mention actual talent,to successfully reverse/reengineer another nations weapons systems and technology and not every country can do this.
Lastly the jpost article appears to conflate/confuse two separate stories, one being the 2006 capture and now very likely reverse/reengineering of the spike atgm, and the other being the claim that a stunner anti-air/anti missile interceptor, that is used in the iron dome system, was captured in syria back in 2018.

well
now we have all these modern Anti Tank missiles :
Toofan ( initialy improved tow missiles , then become completely separate from tow family )
Dehlaviyeh ( korent )
Spike

wow to armor division which try to goes against all these missiles ...

How about denying the death of somebody at all.
