1) After such an attack, who inside Israel would be left to beg?

2) Who outside the country would be left for Israel to beg to? Which mullahs would actually survive the conflict? For Israel's pledge to the U.S. is never to declare itself the first nuclear-armed power in the middle east but if Iran achieves this - and by now the mullahs strongly suspect they can't hide such things - that restraint ends.
