Ironic is the site you linked is censored in iran , so it probably wasn't from azerbaijan and more likely from the autonomous kurdish autonomy where things are more obscure / unofficial / over-the-counter

Clearly, It has been an inside job by IRGC, for obvious reasons, but even if this article is true, it just lowers what I was thinking about air defense of Iran. It means that Azerbaijan has sent drones for spying iranian nuclear facilities for two years on a regular basis, through a path which passes Tabriz, and Tehran airspace and Iranian air defense has failed to do anything
That lowers my expectation from Iranian air defense to the level of congo, and burkinafasu.
