TEHRAN (FNA)- Parliamentary sources revealed on Saturday that Iran's legislature is due to discuss the country's withdrawal from the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) after the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) director-general released a biased report against Iran.

Personally I dont think Iran is withdrawing from NPT anytime soon due to many reasons, unless there are cardinal changes, i.e. attack or extra heavy sanctions. However its good Iran is sending such message, it gives them extra leverage, because West would absolutely hate Iran withdrawal. Reasons: they lose any tracking of Iran's nuclear progress, Iran can make any nuclear weapons it wants; also US/Israel spies within IAEA become meaningless, since they were reporting Iran's various military details.
