What's new

Iran and Israel, archenemies or potential friends?

But they happen to dislike you from the bottom of their hearts. So It's a one-sided love I think. Let's not even talk about how ridiculous your admiration is.
I'm certain they are not as blind as you and others like you, and certain that Arabs hate you more than they hate me.

Just because you're certain it doesn't mean it's true. You could jump down from a high mountain and be certain that you won't break your leg, but ultimately you'll die. Don't be so certain, take my advice please.
Also, I don't hate you, I just don't like you. Call it dislike, because you don't like me either. Mutual dislike would explain it the best way possible I think.

No, they want to be American as Israeli Arabs want to be Israeli rather than in any future Palestinian state.
There are however millions of Azeris and Arabs who want their own country. Kurds, Balochs, Turkmen also.

I happen to like the distressed minorities in Iran, and there are many of them, so i make it my issue.

Can you bring any proof that they want their own country?
Your reasoning sucks.
No matter what problems we have in Iran, but we are united,no one wants his own country and there isn't any other country.Because Iran has always been this, more but not less.

You're about as united as the Arab league. Hmm, let's see: Khūzestān movement, South Azerbaijan movement, Baluchistan movement and Sistan movement, Kurdistan movement.
You can't live your entire life in denial, somewhere down the line reality will slap you in the face.

I don't know, i kind of like you. Are you into soccer?

What are these movements?First time hearing them.
As I said maybe there are a very little number who want independence? But should we give them?Hell no.So everyone who gets out of a hole and claims something,we should give it to him?
You are derailing the topic with these nonsense, stick to Iran-Israel issue.

Just like what I said earlier, you confirmed it, denial will finally slap you in the face.
But c'mon, our country is over 1,600,000 kms square, and we're over 80 million people, with over 40 enemies in the world :P Few harmless separatist groups won't do any hurt.

I don't know, i kind of like you. Are you into soccer?
Well, you can't fool me, we don't like each other :P But there are things that I like about Israel. Like the Israeli national anthem. It got one of the most beautiful melodies that has ever been created for a national anthem. (I mean Hatikva).
Yea, I'm into it. Spain or Italy? :P

Israel is the only issue for the Ayatollah regime. If you stop funding, trying to destroy Israel for the past 33 years and stop educating your children to hate then Israel will stop defending herself by attacking your scientists.
And about no love being lost in our region, that simply implies that we are not a dark aged backward country and the dark will always hate the light.

This shows the depth of your brainwashing. There are many Iranians, of various persuasions, the one thing that we all have in common is the interests of our country. And those interests are very clear, namely that we have no interest in occupying ourselves with the whole Palestine affair.

However, this doesn't mean that we love you or trust you. This has nothing to do with the "regime" or some other fantasy you might have.

We will have to take revenge of our scientists, and once that has been done, we can move on. Israel showed that it has moved from a business-like war to a dirty war, and Israel will be at the losing end of this.

P.S to all Iranians who think otherwise:

The Saudis and Arabs are smiling at our conflict because they use the time to plot against us both.

Interestingly, you are currently helping the "Saudis and Arabs" that you supposedly portray as enemies.

Hmm, Spain is the favorite to win but i'm rooting for Italy. What about you?

This is about Iran-Israel issues, you supporting terrorists will lead to dividing Iran according to your enemies unless you topple the current regime and be nicer, less whipping and more kumbayas.

Forza Italia :P
It would be very amusing to see Italy win, i enjoyed their game against Germany.

Yea. I hate it when everybody says Spain is the best. That's why I'm supporting Italia.
I like South Europe in general, Spain and Italy both are nice countries. But Italy is my favorite team tonight. They played very well against Germany, It was a hell of a surprise for me that they defeated Germany, especially after all those scandals in the Italian football federation.

I'm with Spain here,anybody,problem?Arian?Surenas?:yahoo:
Not that I don't like Italy, but my love goes to Espana.

I haven't read the whole thread - so it's probably been mentioned already. Israel and Iran were friends up until 1979 (the revolution). It was then that Iran cut off ties and declared "death to Israel". Prior to that, Iran and Israel were allies against Pan-Arabism, especially under Egypt's Nasser who was seen as mad and capable of setting the whole region on fire.

Most Israelis like Iranian people. I think it's because (no disrespect to the Arabs) that they see Iranians as more sophisticated culturally than their neighbours. Also, there are quite a few Persian Jews in Israel.

But without doubt Israelis don't like the Iranian regime. Not just because of their threats and chanting "death to Israel" - but how they treat their own people. If a regime treats its own people badly, then you know it will treat its enemies even worse.

I don't see a legitimate reason for Iran to behave the way it does against Israel. They have no territory dispute with Israel and aren't even Arabs.

You nailed it. Plus, ITALY WILL WIN! :P
