It looks different. In India people use green chilly slices and capsicum for Chicken Chilly.

That means it's not szechuan style. The dish does look like chinese stir-fry, with indian modification perhaps. We use the green capsicum too. Garlic, spring onion and ginger are commonly used too.

Thanks to the UPA that any chance of healthy competition were screwed.

We will need another 5 years of intense work to come back to boom. And certainly not by this regime.

Media hype is right. But calling Chinese obsession is stupid. They do create problems and it is not something that the media is lying. They put mirch masala in it but the occurrence of the instances is real.

im talking about chinese obsession in bashing indians in every topic and thinking in reverse that indians are jelous of chinese.no indian said that they should overtake chinese or they should rule the world even though they want it to happen.its the chinese who think that indians are obsessed with chinese.no one give a damn about china in india.

We add chillies and spices to it. Sometime eat them with Indian flatbreads like roti, naan or tandoori roti.
