I want to say that, all those 12 astronauts were sent on Soyuz's twin brother Shenzou and you have nothing to brag about it.. Why do we have to beat you people.?What you want to say? We do agree that we are behind Chinese in space research capapbilities, but the Gap is not as big as you guys think it is.. Because we do things in an orderly manner, step by step.. Not suddenly sending a man to space with an off the shelf purchased Russian capsule when you have no experience in sending a deep space satellite or a probe to another planet.. There is something called Slingshotting with US deep space satellite when the Mars probe goes out of earth's orbit and enters into Mar's orbit and that happens exactly 180 degrees from India where earth's shadow will block the vision of the probe for Indian satellites..
