Looks like you don’t know the different between Fast Attack Crafts and cigarette boats.....

He never told that FAC's & cigarette boats are same, he only told that Cigarette boats are also capable of 50knots.

Sri Lankan firm won the contract due to the early delivery date, by 2014 December all 80 Fast Attack Crafts will be delivered to India.

Delivery Begins in 2012

Soon another Sri Lankan firm will export unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV’s) to Bangladesh.

That's nothing to get angry about mate! Being able to deliver goods cheaper than else where due to cheaper labour is an advantage and a bloody good one at that!!
