All of those pictures you posted except the second one are nowhere close to even 2008; one of the picture is a paramilitary unit and most of these are from the first military operation launched in Northern West Pakistan.Nirmala college
First of all pics Shown are of regular men that two 5 years old

Nor did any of them have the FULL equipment on - because they were not in a combat situation.
Those uniforms were replaced in 2012-2013; COMPLETELY.
I've lived in Pakistan and traveled corner to corner - PK is a militarized country and you can see soldiers almost everywhere and do trust me - they look nothing like the pictures you posted.
We're in the process of infantry modernization;
Pre-2012
This was around equipment in 2011-2013; the transition year - in which modernization efforts were ramped up.
Equipment was - Basic black vests, Type-56/G3A3, Ballistic helmets and kneepads.
Weapons began to change during 2012-2013 - Type-56s were increasing modified and G3s were being replaced. Mass-reconditioning and low reforms also took place.
This was our equipment in 2015 - you could see that a lot has changed; except for weapons.
We're trialing new weapons to replace our current standard service rifles - by 2017 they should be inducted; most likely FN-SCAR will win the trials. Our helmets will also come with standard attachments.
This is how a fully-equipped Pakistani soldier looks (OR should look like).
The Paramilitary are also getting a fair share; FC Corps and the Sindh Rangers are in a process of continuous modernization; although Punjab rangers have been lagging behind.
