Yes, please check the accounts of general Chuck Yeager about 1965 and 71 wars, I believe he has more knowledge about the outcome of these wars as well. What was his count? 104 Indian jets to 31 Pakistani jets. Massive Indian victory. Also ask Abhinandan if he felt like a victor on 27th February.

As per him India losses in 1971 war were 60 jets and Pakistani losses were 40 (incl. 13 captured by India at Tejgaon)

As per his list in air to air combat India lost 11 fighters and 5 ground attack aircraft & 1 bomber & 1 MPA. Whereas Pakistan lost 10 fighters in aerial combat.

More importantly in 1971 while PAF lost 8 aircraft due to IAF raids on PAF bases, IAF lost only two aircraft due to PAF raids on IAF bases.
